  • Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and moderate your content within the app

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
 QuitX offers subscriptions and in-app purchases. All payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. We do not store or process any payment information directly.

7. Termination
 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms or engage in misconduct. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and related features.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
 The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.

9. Dispute Resolution
 Any disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States. You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in class action lawsuits.
